MADRIGUERA
New construction of a building near the urbanization La Plana de Sitges. It is a multi-family building between party walls on the ground floor, two floors and attic. The building houses 4 homes (one per floor) fully adapted to the needs of the buyer client.
All floors were delivered with top quality finishes, fully equipped kitchens and spacious, modern and practical bathrooms. To make the most of the light input without losing energy efficiency, anthracite grey aluminium windows with thermal bridge break and large glass chamber were installed.
All homes have outdoor spaces such as balconies or terraces in which the same large-format porcelain pavement was placed as inside the house to achieve a visual continuity between both spaces. On the terraces and balconies a transparent continuous glass railing was placed to emphasize the unobstructed views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes made to measure and fully equipped internally.
As for the facilities, the houses have a cold-heat air system through ducts on the false ceiling as well as an aerothermal system to produce domestic hot water.
AGRICULTURA - WORK IN PROGRESS
New construction of an isolated detached house in the urbanization Tenis de Vilanova i la Geltrú. An isolated detached house with private garden and pool.
The house consists of a basement for parking and storage room, a ground floor with access to a large garden where the day spaces are located, a bedroom and a bathroom and a first floor where 3 bedrooms, a study and 2 bathrooms are located. The ground floor and the first floor are communicated by a large double space over the living room area that is illuminated by a window in two heights that gives a great feeling of spaciousness throughout the house. In this way, access to the bedrooms on the first floor is always made through a corridor that "turns" over this double space.
The exterior image of the house is mediterranean style, with a façade where a white monolayer finish and a natural stone cladding are combined in a specific area of the main facades.
The house has underfloor heating installation, an aerothermal system for the production of domestic hot water and a cold and hot air conditioning system through ducts.
